Shipping Information

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Most orders received before 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same business day via UPS 2-Day service.

SHIPPING CHARGES/DELIVERY

Online Orders
Orders placed online over $100 receive free shipping by entering code WEBFREESHIP at checkout**.

Phone Orders
Continental US: Shipping is free for phone orders over $300. For all orders under $300, shipping is $10.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska:
Shipping is free for phone orders over $500. For all orders under $500, shipping is $12.

IMPORTANT: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and will only accept shipments to a valid street address.

 

Payment Terms

Orders are shipped pre-paid by Discover®, MasterCard®, VISA® or American Express®.

 

Volume Discounts

  • Shipments over $2,000 – 10%
  • Shipments over $1,000 – 7%
  • Shipments over $500 – 5%

 

Sales Tax

Genestra Brands® is required to collect and remit sales tax for orders shipped to the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, WA and WI.

If you are tax-exempt, please contact Customer Service at 888-737-6925 to discuss the documentation needed to make your account tax-exempt. If your order is placed before these documents are sent in, we unfortunately cannot refund you the applicable sales tax.

 

Our Return Policy

Unopened, unused products can be returned in the original factory-sealed packaging. Returns require preauthorization and a request for return authorization must be made within 30 days of date of receipt. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Our warehouse must receive the return within 14 days of the authorization. Returns are subject to a 15% processing fee. Shipping costs are not reimbursed, and we will only pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued after we receive and process your return. Products with lapsed expiry dates are not accepted. Probiotic and homeopathic products are not accepted for return.
