Rachelle Peltier grew up in a family where Naturopathic Medicine was a common approach to health care. She is a big believer in the Naturopathic principle “Doctor as Teacher” as she wants to empower her patients to be in charge of their health and wellbeing. She also played competitive soccer for Vaughan Azzuri SC for 6 years, which gave her additional insight on sports rehabilitation. Cara hopes to educate individuals on how to obtain optimal health using science based natural medicine, and to work collaboratively to achieve their health goals.
