Seroyal Continuing Medical Education is proud to support the Naturopathic, Chiropractic, Nutrition, and other healthcare student learning communities. Seroyal Student Representatives are highly educated, motivated and passionate individuals dedicated to providing peer-to-peer knowledge, education, resources and networking opportunities to their fellow students and faculty.

Whether combining a multidisciplinary curriculum with leading-edge research and clinical training from Nature Cure to Nutrition, our student representatives provide broad support and direction to fellow students as they follow their hearts and minds and flourish as successful healthcare professionals.

National University of Naturopathic Medicine (NUNM)

Ivey Betzwieser is a student at NUNM studying naturopathic and classical Chinese medicine.

She received her B.S. from California State University, Fullerton in Biology, concentrated on Ecology. Currently, she has particular interest in the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health. Her enthusiasm for natural medicine is rooted in her own journey to wellness and she is inspired to share her knowledge of this beautiful medicine with others. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and exploring the natural world.

Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM)

Julia St. Clair believes that disease is not something that anyone should have to live with and simply manage, and that health can be restored.

Seeing too many people struggling with not knowing the next step in their healing journey, she discovered Naturopathic Medicine through her own research about what health truly is. Ever since, Julia has pursued becoming a Naturopathic Doctor and learning the art of Biotherapeutic Drainage to be able to provide lasting solutions for patients. She is excited to be a part of the Seroyal team, serving fellow students and practitioners in their common goal of pursuing health.

Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (BINM)

Emma Lee grew up in Vancouver and immersed herself in the pursuit of health and wellness from an early age.

She has taught yoga, studied nutrition, and owned her own vegan catering company, before finally making the plunge to pursue medicine after having experienced her family's struggle with personal health. She is looking forward to sharing the knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine and empowering others to embark on their healing journeys.

Jennifer Tang is a third year student at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, with a special interest in integrative oncology.

Previous to starting medical school, she completed her Honors Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics at McMaster University. Jennifer is passionate about naturopathic medicine because she values individualized treatments, finding the root cause of disease, and involving the patient in the entire experience. Jennifer knows that being a part of the Seroyal team will help further her education, interpersonal skills, and strengthen her journey to optimal health.
